Being told that my newborn baby had Down Syndrome was devastating. The doctors explained what Down Syndrome was and what to expect. Ups and Downs Southwest came out to our home and told us what their children had achieved, showed us photos and explained how to embrace and enjoy my baby. She is now 2 1/2 and doing really well.
