The Family Support School Liaison Worker will play a key role in the support offered to families and educational professionals in relation to the inclusion and attainment of pupils with Down Syndrome in mainstream and specialist early years, primary and secondary schools and settings across Bristol.
The Finance and Administration Assistant will play a key role in the operation of the charity and its services in Bristol. The Finance and Administration Assistant has particular responsibility for three key areas: Financial Administration in relation to the Bristol budget, Reception and Case File Management.
The Family Support Team Leader will play a key role in the operation of the Bristol service. He/she will line manage a school liaison worker, youth worker and volunteer befrienders as well as offer direct one-to-one family support where there is a child with Down Syndrome. The post holder will also maintain and create successful links and working relationships with statutory providers and other agencies and work closely with the charity’s Director to contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the Bristol service.
