Where: Kilve Court Residential Education Centres, Kilve, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA5 1EA.
What time: 9.30am-4pm Lunch provided
Who can come:
Anyone aged between 10-25 with Down Syndrome
If your young person is not known to us, then we would ask that you contact us before the event to discuss any special requirements.

What we will be doing?
- Low ropes – This is crawling through giant spiders’ webs, crossing narrow bridges and clambering over obstacles.
- Archery – Using real bow and arrows – no plastic suckers here!
- Wide Games – Organised by Kilve Court, a huge selection of team games and challenges will be on offer.
- Shelter Building – You can build emergency shelters, pirate ships, elf houses, team ‘sofas,’ or create funky artwork – anything you like!
Suitable for all abilities. The instructor will tailor the approach and alter emphasis to suit the needs of the team.
Do I need to stay?
There is no requirement for you to stay as we will have our Family Support Workers and a bank of volunteers to help, as well as the staff from Kilve Court. As above if your young person is not known to us then we would ask that you contact us before the event to discuss any special requirements.
What do I need to bring?
Appropriate clothing for the weather conditions and a Water bottle
