Hours: 28.5 Hours per week
Salary: £17,784 pro rata (£12 per hour)

Ups and Downs Southwest is a Down Syndrome Support charity working with children, families and professionals across the South West. We carry out direct family support work and offer training packages to professionals from the health, education and social care sectors. With over 20 years experience, we are the ‘go to’ service for all families, professionals and all those involved in the care and education of children and young people who have Down Syndrome.
We have secured significant funding from The National Lottery Community Fund to enable us to provide a range of intensive services for children, parents and professionals in the Bristol area in relation to Down Syndrome.
The Finance and Administration Assistant will play a key role in the operation of the charity and its services in Bristol. As well as undertaking general admin tasks under the guidance of the Director and Senior Finance Officer, the Finance and Administration Assistant has particular responsibility for three key areas: Financial Administration in relation to the Bristol budget, Reception and Case File Management.
The successful applicant will be joining the small but busy team based in Knowle, Bristol
